Overview:
In order to create a competitive economy, Cincinnati USA must develop innovative and collaborative economic strategies that build on the regions core strengths, tackle its greatest challenges, root good jobs and broaden economic opportunity in our region. Our goal is to create an economic environment that supports business attraction and retention and creates sustainable wealth and opportunities for all who call our region home.
Focus Areas/Projects:
- Transportation and Infrastructure - Our vision is to provide effective and efficient transportation and infrastructure that encourages sustainability and supports region's growth objectives in the global market place.
- Workforce Development - We want to be the national model for an always sufficient supply of trained workforce with unemployment levels always below the national average.
- Wealth Creation - Our goal is to create X jobs at Y Salary. The amount of jobs and starting salary is to be determined.
- Economic Indicators - A support team devoted to metrics and measurement has been created to help identify the correct metrics to consider and to help us create a scorecard with which to benchmark the success of the Cincinnati USA Region.
